MAVERICK CAPITAL PROJECT FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN

Now that the Green Room Construction project is completed, this winter we will be working on the inside of the hall.

This project will cost approximately $375,000. We have received a grant award of $200,000 from New York state and raised $12,000 from board members so far and are seeking to raise the remaining $163,000 for this project.

Elements:

  • New stable structure will be built below floor to offer proper support
  • New and matching douglas fir flooring to replace existing worn flooring that is sagging and presenting tripping hazard
  • Reconstruction of East Wall stacked stone foundation
  • Sound character of hall will be preserved
